Before you order

Ordering & delivery

This website is a catalog and enquiry service. Sending an enquiry does not place a paid order or reserve stock.

Your chosen piece

We confirm availability, material, dimensions, finish, price, and included accessories before accepting an order. Handmade pieces and currently available stock may differ from photographs. Stock images are labelled as illustrative.

Payment & collection

No online payment is taken here. Payment arrangements and shop collection details are agreed directly with Woori Handicraft after your selection is confirmed.

Shipping & returns

Shipping availability, packaging, costs, timing, applicable customs charges, and any return arrangements must be confirmed with the shop before payment. Do not assume a delivery date or return policy until it has been agreed for your order.
